Plan & Cancellation Policy

Plans are invoiced monthly, due on the first day of the month, and do not roll over. Hours, website updates, social media, and blog posts must be used within the billing cycle; unused hours do not carry over and cannot be made up unless previously agreed upon. If no work is performed during the billing period, the plan still resets at the start of the next cycle.

You may cancel your plan at any time by reaching out. Please note that payments for the current month are non-refundable if already prepaid. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
